Started as a waiter in Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor in 1999, then became an outlet manager and administration in Sokha Angkor Resort in 2010, Doeurn Kongkea got enough experiences and had professionalism to be a good leader. Though he did not have an opportunity to go to university after he graduated from high school, he got many certification related to his job. When he worked with two places mentioned above, he participated in various useful training, namely service excellence and customer service, hospitality coaching skills, train the trainer, positive & time management, supervisory skills & motivation, leadership skills… This shows a clear evidence that Doeurn Kongkea deserves to stand on top management level; therefore it was a great honor for Neary Khmer Restaurant that he decided to be the General Manager.
